Titanium Grade
The i-Fix implant system components are made of the biocompatible medical grade, Grade V ELI/ Grade 23 Titanium alloy. The specific Titanium alloy used by
Kamal Medtech was chosen due to its superior properties including high strength to weight ratio, very high corrosion resistance, high modulus of elasticity and its excellent osseointegradtion capabilities.

ULTRA-PURE SURFACE
The proprietary i-Fix surface is created by sandblasting, aimed at creating a porous surface topography, followed by triple stage acid etching, intended to generate macro & micro-roughened surface structure. The surface treatment is completed by removing contaminants using ultra-pure water (UPW), a unique process acquired from the semiconductor industry.

i-Fix and i-Fix Pro are the similar, a prospective platform is different for i-Fix Pro. It has sharper contours and its cutting grid offers greater stability and optimal setting into the bone

The term i-Fix C1 refers to a specific type of dental implant system designed for immediate loading of the implant.
Our implants have in-built platform shifts, a single prospective platform, immediate loading SLA surface is sand-blasted, and large grate acid- etched. All of these are segment leading attributes.

Bio-materials are complements for bone augmentation
Medbone is a bio-material, with the purpose of filling a gap in the mandible.
Medbone is a type of bone graft material, it is used during implant surgeries to support integration of the implant. Medbone helps in bone regeneration, providing a stable foundation for the implant by filling bone defects and addressing insufficient bone volume.
A zygomatic implant is an elongated dental implant anchored in the cheekbone, used when there’s insufficient upper jawbone (maxilla) for traditional implants.
i-Fix is used for immediate stabilization and designed for quick and secure implant placement. The s-Fix is used for longer term stabilization with greater flexibility in implant positioning.
